Welcome and Orientation
A welcoming package that includes a welcome letter, contact details of key team members, and an overview of the company's goals and objectives. This is followed by an orientation meeting with the client to introduce them to our team and key processes.
Documentation and Planning
A detailed project plan that outlines milestones, tasks, dependencies, and timeframes.
Communication and Reporting
Establishing a clear communication plan that defines the frequency and mode of communication between our team and the client.
Project Execution
Development and delivery of the project according to the agreed plan and milestones.
Testing and Quality Assurance
The performance indicators are evaluated through testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the end product exceeds client expectations.
Change Management

Starting Our Cooperation
Every project begins with a free scoping call. We listen first: your goals, users, budget realities, and deadlines. You get a written proposal with scope, milestones, and a fixed quote — no obligation, and your idea is protected by an NDA from the first conversation.
Scoping Process
Before any code, we break the product into user stories, rank them by business value, and separate the launch-critical from the nice-to-have. That produces a realistic MVP definition, a milestone plan you can hold us to, and far fewer surprises mid-build.
Security Management
Security is built in, not bolted on: encrypted data in transit and at rest, least-privilege access to client systems, secrets kept out of source control, and OWASP-aligned reviews before every release. NDAs and IP assignment are standard in every contract.
Development Standards
Agile two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each one. Version control, code review, and CI on every project — you can inspect the repository at any time, and you own the code from day one.
Delivery & Handover
Releases go through staged environments and acceptance testing against agreed criteria. Handover includes documentation, store submission (App Store / Google Play), training, and a warranty window for fixes after launch.
